1. Payments:

a. Cash on Delivery (COD):

- Inside Lebanon offers the convenient "Cash on Delivery" payment option for customers within Lebanon.

- With COD, you can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.

- COD is available for all eligible products unless otherwise specified.

 b. Partial Payment or Advance Payment:

- Certain items may require partial or advance payment before the order is processed.

- The partial payment or advance payment requirement will be clearly indicated on the product page. You will need to follow the specified payment instructions provided during the checkout process.

 2. Partial Payment or Advance Payment Process:

- If a partial payment or advance payment is required for your selected item(s), you will be prompted to make the payment during the checkout process.

- Follow the provided instructions to complete the payment using the available payment methods, such as credit/debit card, online banking, or any other designated payment gateway.

- Once the payment is successfully processed, your order will be confirmed, and we will proceed with the delivery arrangements.

Order Confirmation:

- Upon completing the checkout process and successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

- If partial payment or advance payment is required, the confirmation email will include instructions on how to make the payment.

- For cash on delivery orders, the confirmation email will serve as a receipt for your purchase.

 3. Cancellation and Refunds:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible before the scheduled delivery.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1st  part : Typically, the production time for each macrame piece is estimated to be 1-2 weeks. However, please note that more complex or intricate designs may require additional time to create. Rest assured that we will keep you informed of the progress of your order and provide an accurate estimate of the expected delivery time.

2nd part: After preparing your order, delivery within Lebanon takes from 2 to 5 working days.

For shipping outside of Lebanon transportation costs will not be automatically calculated.

When you conclude your order and payment, we will handle the professional packaging free of charge and we will get quotations from transportation companies to offer you the best option.

The shipping and delivery fees are based on the weight and volume of your packaged items.

Following the completion of your purchase, we will contact you via email for the available shipping options and costs in order for you to complete the secondary payment for shipping.

Within Lebanon: 2 to 5 working days.

Internationally: 10 to 15 days, ( depending on your shipping option and country of residence )

Since we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about an order. However, we offer store credit or exchanges. If you would like to exchange or receive store credit for your item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for exchange or store credit. 

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE: Any custom made items or used items are not available for exchange, (Also no return if tag is removed)

CUSTOMER MUST COVER RETURN SHIPPING AND SHIPPING FOR THE REPLACEMENT.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Sometimes these things happen! We will happily replace any defective or broken item. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item to qualify for repair or exchange. In order to qualify for an exchange, please include the date and place of purchase and an image of the defective item. If your item arrived damaged during shipping, please send an image when you contact us for repair or replacement. If you contact us after 3 days, we cannot guarantee repair or replacement. Please take care when mailing any items back to us. We cannot be responsible for any further damage which occurs during transit.
